Your product order might only be cancelled by Blidz in two or more cases:

  • Product is understocked - This might happen as our warehouse failed to update product availability timely with suppliers.

  • Logistic restrictions - Blidz can’t ship the product to your destination. This might happen as our logistics partner can’t arrange a suitable shipping method for the product or we encounter Customs hindrend with specific product types, for example, chemicals, cosmetics, fruit seeds, etc.

Our customer support will contact you directly to your email as soon as we identify any problems related to the order. All orders cancelled by Blidz will be refunded in cash 100% of the time.
