Taking a Break from Your Blidz+ Membership? Here's How:

Hey there! We totally understand that sometimes things change and you might want to take a break from your Blidz+ Membership. Whatever your reasons, we're here to make the process simple and straightforward for you.

  1. Accessing Your Membership Settings:
    Begin by launching the Blidz app on your device. Once you're in, tap your Profile picture at the top left. This will lead you straight to your Membership page.

  2. Click Settings:
    Click on the top right

  3. Manage Membership:
    Within the settings, scroll down and tap "Manage membership".

  4. ​Click on "Membeship plan"

    Scroll to the bottom and click "Membership plan"

  5. Follow the remaining steps

    Click "Cancel Blidz Plus membership", and follow the remaining instructions there.

    Things to Remember:

    Trial Period: If you're still within your trial period when you decide to cancel, rest assured, there'll be no charges on your account. It's our little way of saying, "Thanks for giving Blidz+ a try!"

    Post-Trial Period: If your trial period has wrapped up and you've entered a billing cycle, please note that while future charges will halt immediately after cancellation, previous charges aren't refundable. But you'll continue to enjoy all Blidz+ benefits until the end of the current paid period!
