Taking a Break from Your Blidz+ Membership? Here's How:

Hey there! We totally understand that sometimes things change and you might want to take a break from your Blidz+ Membership. Whatever your reasons, we're here to make the process simple and straightforward for you.

  1. Accessing Your Membership Settings:
    -app version is 6.2.0 or higher
    Begin by launching the Blidz app on your device. Once you're in, tap the right top button to enter into the profile page. Then click on the right top button to enter into the settings page, and scroll down you will see the membership view.



    -app version is 6.1.17 or lower
    Begin by launching the Blidz app on your device. Once you're in, tap either the cog icon at the top right or your profile image icon at the bottom right. This will lead you straight to your membership view.



  2. Click Membership Plan:
    Scroll to the bottom and select 'Membership Plan'.

  3. Cancellation:
    Within the membership section, you'll find an option to cancel your Blidz+ Membership. Give that a tap.

  4. Follow the remaining steps

    Continue to follow the below instructions to finish

Things to Remember:

  • Trial Period: If you're still within your trial period when you decide to cancel, rest assured, there'll be no charges on your account. It's our little way of saying, "Thanks for giving Blidz+ a try!"

  • Post-Trial Period: If your trial period has wrapped up and you've entered a billing cycle, please note that while future charges will halt immediately after cancellation, previous charges aren't refundable. But you'll continue to enjoy all Blidz+ benefits until the end of the current paid period!
