The Blidz Membership fee is non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. In exchange for the membership fee paid, the Blidz Program becomes effective immediately for the upcoming month and provides continuous benefits as specified.

The cost and effort of Blidz in developing the Blidz Program as a whole is indivisible. Members are not entitled to request partial or complete refunds of the membership fees if the Blidz Program is paused or terminated due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Members choose not to use the benefits provided in time, or voluntarily relinquish their rights to use the benefits due to personal reasons.

  2. Members request a refund due to normal changes to the Blidz benefits, features, and services.

  3. Members engage in fraudulent activities or abuse the Blidz Program, causing damage to Blidz and other members of Blidz.

By using the Blidz Membership program, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Consequences of Membership Termination on Checkout Benefits

By activating Blidz Membership, users unlock access to exclusive benefits like discounted pricing, free shipping, and enhanced payout rewards. However, if the membership is canceled—whether by choice or due to non-payment—all membership benefits will be immediately revoked. This includes any ongoing discounts, free shipping privileges, exclusive rewards, and accumulated Payout Balance within the Payout Spin feature. Orders relying on these membership benefits may also face cancellation. Upon membership cancellation, the user acknowledges and agrees that all membership-related perks, including ongoing orders and accumulated rewards, will be permanently forfeited.

Renewal terms and termination policy

You may cancel your Blidz Membership at any time through the app or by contacting our support team. If you do not cancel your membership, it will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, and the applicable fee will be charged to your provided payment method.

Please note that simply deleting the Blidz app or deleting your Blidz account does not automatically cancel your subscription, as subscription management and payments are handled through our payment partner. To avoid further charges, you must manually cancel the subscription within the app prior to your next billing cycle.
