Punctures are the bane of a cyclist's life. You can go years without a puncture and then, like buses, three can appear in quick succession.
Unfortunately punctures are not covered under your Blike Subscription, this falls general under wear and tear.
You will need to take it to your trusted local bike shop, where as part of the repair they will inspect the tyre and wheel rim before refitting the inner tube to ensure nothing is causing an issue.
