After you place your e-bike order on our website, and your employer approves it, we will order the equipment with our cycle brands. Next, your employer will reimburse Blike for the equipment (either upfront or over 12m, 24m or 36m).  In any case, your employer will then recoup the funds from you during their payroll run using salary sacrifice (deducting your monthly plan cost from your gross salary) over 12m, 24m or 36m.
