We insure and maintain all e-bikes that we offer throughout the hire term. Your Blike e-bike is covered for accidental damage, fire and theft throughout the hire agreement term. The insurance covers your lock as well, if it’s damaged or stolen at the same time as your bike. The cost is factored into your monthly plan. In the event of the claim and depending on the extent of damage, we will either offer to repair your bike, or replace it with a new (or like-for-like) one, in exchange for a £250 excess payment payable by you.
