Unless otherwise agreed, if you leave your employer (voluntarily or involuntarily), your employer shall deduct any remaining hire payments from your final net salary and we would contact you regarding ownership options, or arrange for the equipment collection. The remaining payments would not qualify for the salary sacrifice benefits, but those made up to that point still would.

In practice we may be able to put your hire payments on hold (not the insurance and maintenance payments though) and “transfer” the remaining plan you have with us to your next employer. You would be able to continue using your bike through the transition period. If this is not possible, you can either cancel and return the bike, or allow your employer to deduct the remaining amount from your final net salary, pay the ownership payment and own the bike.
