Our maintenance included in every plan is designed to cover an initial bike set-up and an annual bike service. In addition, our online support centre offers mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting 7 days a week 7am-7pm so you´re always supported whilst cycling to and from work.

Your annual bike service will include such elements as:

  • Optional video consultation with our lead mechanic to understand all your requirements

  • Full safety check

  • Inspection & adjustment of brakes, gears, cables, hoses, frame, fork, handlebars and headset

  • Tyres inspected for damage and correct pressure

  • All bolts check and tightening

  • Chain / belt cleaning and lubing, if needed

  • Drivetrain cleaning and lubing, if necessary

  • Bottom bracket check and adjustment, if necessary

  • Brake callipers cleaning and re-setting, pads replacement, if necessary

  • Wheels check for tension and alignment

  • Frame and forks cleaning and alignment check

  • Seat post removed and anti-seize replaced

  • Installing of the required parts approved by you in the video consultation

  • Electric system diagnostic

Maintenance included in your plan does not cover:

  • Physical break-down assistance

  • Puncture repair

  • Tubeless installation, if required

  • Tyre fitting, if required

  • Hydraulic brake bleed

  • Any parts unless explicitly agreed with a senior mechanic prior to service

We will do our utmost to assist you with any repairs or maintenance issues that may arise. If we are unable to rectify the problem ourselves or it falls outside of your service package we will recommend an affiliated workshop that will be able to help you (additional costs may apply).

Our online support is available 7 days a week 7am-7pm for instant diagnostics and basic troubleshooting. If a call-out is required, we would send someone as soon as possible. Additional costs may apply unless it is part of your warranty and / or insurance claim process.
