We want all Blike customers to look after their bikes as if it were their own. We expect you to cycle safely, lock it safe and securely and maintain the up-keep of your bike.

Tyres, innertubes, brake and drive chain systems etc come under wear and tear and you are expected to look after these and maintain the up-keep and when necessary replacement of these components.

If your bike or part is damaged from a collision or vandalism, please contact us immediately and we can advise the next steps.
