Report the theft to recovery team, BackPedal immediately on 0800 8611 959 - keep this number on your phone (calls are free of charge, available 24 hours a day) Also email: team@backpedal.co
Report the theft to Blike CS at hello@blike.com
BackPedal will require your details, your bike frame number from your plan details (see your Welcome Letter) and any information you have about the theft.
The tracker won't be activated unless you report the bike stolen or you default on your payments.
You don’t need to report the theft to the police. BackPedal will handle this on your behalf.
Subject to meeting your obligations as outlined in your hire agreement, you are not responsible for theft, damage or loss, but an excess/recovery fee of £150 will be payable by you.
