Filter the Feed

Filter the feed posts by the team it was shared with, who it was shared by, or the category it was shared in

Introduction

This feature will allow you to filter the feed by the posting user, by the category of the specific post, or by the team the post was shared with.

In this article:

Filter by Category

On Desktop

  1. Under the post box, select the right-most option, “Latest” as shown below.

  2. Selecting this option will open a drop-down menu with all available categories. Click on the desired category and your feed will only show posts corresponding to this choice.

  3. You can return to the “Latest” feed posts or change the filtering category at any time in this menu.

On Mobile

  1. Tap the “Filters” option on the top-left, and all categories will be listed out to the right as shown below.

  2. Select the appropriate category and the feed will automatically update to match your specifications.

  3. To change category or return to the “Latest” feed posts, simply tap on a different option at the top of the app.

Filter by Sender

On Desktop

  1. Under the post box, navigate to the option labelled as “Shared by”.

  2. Search for someone by typing and scrolling through the available options.

On Mobile

  1. Select the "Filter" top-left of the app.

  2. To filter the feed by the sender, be sure the "From" option to type and search names.

Filter by Group

On Desktop

  1. Under the post box, on the right-hand side, select the option labeled “Shared with”.

  2. In this drop-down menu, you will see every team you have access to. Once you select the desired group, your feed will update to only reflect posts for that group.

On Mobile

  1. You can filter your feed by a single group by clicking on “Filters” option at the top of your feed on the left-hand side.

  2. To filter the feed by a group a post was shared with, be sure the “To” option is highlighted and search for the desired group by either scrolling through the available options or typing the group name in the search box.
