AI is transforming the way attendees manage their trip details. With the new AI-powered flight upload feature in Trip Info, attendees can simply upload their flight document and have their information automatically scanned and filled in saving time and eliminating manual entry errors.
Accessing the AI Feature
Log in to your account and navigate to the event.
Find the Registeration tab on the left sidebar.
Click on it to expand the menu.
Select Attendees from the expanded menu.
Select All Attendees.
Select any attendee, then click on the Trip Info tab from the top.
Locate the Flight Ticket row then click Add+ button.
In the New Flight menu, you’ll find the AI Auto-Fill tab. Click Browse to upload your flight ticket, and the tool will automatically scan the document and fill in the required information.
Once the tool finishes scanning your ticket, a “Ticket Uploaded Successfully” message will be displayed. Be sure to review the auto-filled details to confirm that all information is correct.
Note: This feature automatically fills in the total travel hours, including any transits or connections, without listing them individually. The system captures only the start and end destinations.
Once validated, your flight information is all set. Click the Save button in the top-right corner to finish adding your flight.
