When adding an Overage in production, the line item you choose will automatically sort into the category it is listed in under the Item Catalog in Settings.
To get all the line item overages to appear in an Overage Category at the bottom of the document, first create an Overage category, in Settings < Item Catalog < Add Category.
Then, scroll to the bottom of the item catalog and add a line item.
Label it "Overage", and press "Create".
Now, when adding overages in Production, choose the "Overage" line item under the Overages category.
A pop-up will appear. Rename the line item from "Overage" and enter the necessary line item details (rate, time, etc.). Then, press "Add".
This will create an Overages category with the necessary line item overages.
The categories entered as overages in the production module will appear in the order they are added, and they cannot be adjusted. So, if you need the Overage category to be at the bottom, add it last.
Note: When you "Print Overages for Approval", it will print all the overages that were added, not just the overages in the Overage category.
