There is only one signature label, but here is a workaround for adding two signature lines.
Add the following text to your signature label under Settings < Document Appearance < Label Text < Signature Line Signature.
Signature (_)Client (_)Photographer
It will print one the document as shown below. This will allow the client to choose which one they are representing.
