If you have jobs that require different Terms and Conditions, you can save multiple sets of T&C’s in one personality under Settings < Terms < Terms and Conditions. After choosing a template or editing your own contract and pressing save, the system will prompt you to label it to help you delineate. When you go to print, you can then choose which T&C you would like to append to your document.

All your saved Terms and Conditions are housed in “My T&C’s.” Under the hamburger menu available above the Terms and Conditions field, you can rename, edit or delete any T&C’s.

Note: Make sure that after every time you edit your Terms and Conditions, whether it be name or text, that you press the blue save button at the bottom of the field.
