The fastest way to change your contact in the job is to access your address book from the right side of the screen in the job info tab.
In the contact section, you can click the blue “Change” link.
The drop down menu will appear with all of your contacts saved in the address book.
To save the new contact that you have selected for the job, you must click anywhere outside of the contact’s box for the software to save your changes.
If you change the contact information in the address book, it will not automatically change the contact information inside the job. You will need to go the contact tab inside the job and click "Update" for the new information to appear on the documents.
