BlinkBid is more flexible and does not require that every field be populated meaning you can leave the “time” field blank at the line item level. BlinkBid’s display algorithm knows exactly what to do with whatever numbers you give it. When filling out the Quantity or Time Fields, you can use both, or one or none at all. BlinkBid will display your choice correctly.
For example, if you want to display a flat fee of $1,000 for 6 photographers, you can simply leave the time field blank and enter the quantity and rate.
As shown below, I’ve left the “time” field blank so that you end up with the appropriate quantity and rate to resemble a “flat fee”. If you wanted the phrase “flat fee” to be included in the line item name, you can edit that at the item catalog level in the line item name field.
