An overage can be added and approved while in the production phase of the job. To add an overage to the production phase, you will need to add a new line item from your catalog. Click HERE for a video demonstration on how to do this. Once the overage is approved, it will not be marked as an overage, but rather it will appear as a regular line item.

In the hamburger menu within production before you have approved the overage, you can print a document of your overages for approval:

A line item added while in production (overages needing approval) can be clicked on and deleted before or after you approve it. You can also add and delete receipts for line items in production at any time.

Key terms: overage, production, request overage, line item in production
