Once your production expenses are in the production phase and you have added receipts to your line items, the sum of these receipts will constitute your actual costs. The sum of these receipts shows you how much you actually spent on the job. We have a report to illustrate the breakdown of your actual costs in production: Go to the hamburger menu (three stacked lines toward the right side of the screen) and select “Actuals Report.” You have the option to create a PDF or an Excel document.

Another window will open with your document and display your budget for line items, the amounts of receipts for each line item, and your balance in relationship to your actual budget.
