To export your address book, go to Address Book. To export the contact information click on the Contacts tab on the left.
Click on the ellipses on the top of the address book. Here you have the option to export or import your address book. For more information on importing your address book, click here.
To export, click on "Export Address Book" and an excel document will begin downloading. This will contain a list of your contacts and their associated information.
The Company tab contains the same ellipses and the same capability to export the company details.
You can also export contacts from a specific contact tag you created or by the contacts associated with a specific company. For example, if you have a San Francisco tag and want to download a contact list for only people working in San Francisco, you can click the tag for that region, and export only those addresses associated with that tag. Just click "Select Tags" and start typing the tag.
Choose the specific tag from the drop down, and press "Apply."
You can then use the ellipses and choose "Export Selected Contacts."
The same applies for the "Filter by Company" search bar.
To remove the Selected Tag or Company Filter, click on the "Select Tag" buttom, and a small "x" will appear on the highlighted tags allowing you to remove it from the search engine.
