Currently, the way that BlinkBid handles invoices paid is by recognizing that the job has a zero balance associated with it by using the Payment Received Feature. 

That said, we are working on improving this concept to make paid invoices easier to track and organize. This will be coming in the very near future either as a filter or a reporting feature. Thank you for your patience!
