If you are doing business in Japan, create an estimate and input the tax information using BlinkBid Tax settings. 

When you transfer to production, input the receipts including tax for each individual receipt. 

When you transfer into the invoice stage, and need to turn off the tax, go into the Financial tab < Tax Preferences while inside the job and set the tax rates to zero. This will turn off the tax at the invoice level.
