Inside BlinkBid's contact feature, you have the ability to attach a primary contact to the job as well as other points of contact referencing specific job roles.
Inside a specific job, there is a "CONTACT" tab on the right.
Here you can add other contacts to the job and name their designated job roles. From inside this pop-up, you can choose from the existing contacts in your Address Book or create a contact on the spot.
You can edit the job role tags available by choosing "EDIT LIST" or going to Settings < Document Appearance < Label & Section Text < Job Roles.
Once created, you can "EDIT" the contacts, which includes deleting, changing, or hiding contacts from the printed document.
Press the blue "SAVE" button and the primary contact’s name and role will appear on the top of the page. The rest of the information (email, phone number, etc) as well as the additional contacts you entered will appear under the "Contacts" section of the BlinkBid Standard printed document.
