Go to Settings < Document Appearance < Label & Section Text. Under the Section Titles Tab, find the field for the NET TAX DUE TITLE and enter "Beauty Tax." Then, press the blue "Save Section Titles" button.

Now inside a job, go to the Financials Tab < Tax Preferences, and enter a Tax value. Choose to tax individual line items and then mark those specific line items that need to be taxed.

When you go to print your documents, the tax will appear labeled as "Beauty Tax" when called out in the number stack.

Note: Unfortunately when you tax individual line items, this won't allow you to put an overall tax on the job.
