BlinkBid is offering an add-on service to export invoices and automatically import into the accounting system of your choice.

First send us the Ledger Codes for your accounting system, which we will import into your item catalogs. Each personality can have a different set of codes. You will then be able to tag line items with their specific codes for the export.

Once you are ready to begin the export process, go to FINANCIALS < Accounting Bridge while inside a job and mark it for review.

It will now appear under the Accounting Bridge sector in My Accounts < Accounting Bridge and will contain a “Review” tag next to the job name.

If you are not sure all your line items are properly tagged with the ledger codes, click "View Ledger Codes" to double check.

Once the job has been reviewed, transferred to the invoice stage and completed, you can select job, jobs, or the entire set to be exported in My Accounts < Accounting Bridge.

We will export information as a CSV file which can be automatically imported into your accounting system (our tech team will help set up that connection).

This will happen overnight so as to avoid working hours inside the software. When complete, the job(s) will appear under the “Exported Invoices” tab.
