In the Terms and Conditions field in the Document Appearance section you can use dynamic merge tags. These tags will become the information that represent details about the current job when the document is printed. For example, the {{client_name}} tag will print as the company name for the current job.
Here are a list of merge tags:
{{personality business name}} = personality business name
{{your_name}} = personality name
{{job_number}} = job number
{{client_name}} = company name
{{contact_name}} = first and last name of the client contact for the job
