Blockpit offers direct import solutions for CoinTracking, Koinly and Accointing. From other tax apps such as Coinpanda or Cointracker, you import your history as CSV/XLS via the Blockpit Excel template, or you reconnect your exchanges and wallets via API/public key.
These tools have their own guides:
Transfer data from other tax apps
Recommended approach for Coinpanda, Cointracker and others:
1️⃣ Sign up at Blockpit.
2️⃣ Download the complete transaction history from your tax app as CSV or XLS, if available, and transfer your data to the Blockpit Excel template.
Alternative: start over in Blockpit
1️⃣ If you want to import your data from scratch, an automatic import is best. Add your exchanges and wallets via API key or public key and follow the first steps guide. The guides for all supported exchanges and blockchains and the articles in the data integration category help you with this.
💡 Tip: For exchange and wallet integrations you can set an import start date and so combine the Blockpit Excel template with the automatic API imports.
2️⃣ For exchanges and wallets without API or public key support, use the Blockpit Excel template.
ℹ️ Good to know: You can later convert manual integrations to synced exchange or wallet integrations.
3️⃣ Transfers between your integrations first appear as Unlabeled deposits and withdrawals. Auto-merging then links them into Transfers and carries over the original acquisition data.
What to check afterwards
▸ Integrations: Dashboard › Integrations tab, do status and balance look right?
▸ Tips: After Sync All and Calculation, look at the tips.
Typical mistakes
✗ Used the Excel template and the API import for the same period → transactions appear twice (duplicates); set a start date in the API integration after the end of the Excel data
✗ Start date set too late → transactions in between are missing
✗ Transfers not merged → deposits and withdrawals stay Unlabeled, the acquisition data does not move along
