As soon as you exceed the transaction limit, you can no longer download the tax report. Upgrade to a higher transaction package to regain access. We will, of course, only charge you the difference to the next higher transaction package.
How to get back to your tax report
1️⃣ Under Reports, check the transaction count shown for your tax year.
2️⃣ Open the shop and select the tax year with a higher transaction package. The upgrade price is shown in the shopping cart.
3️⃣ Pay the difference. After that, you can create and download the tax report again.
ℹ️ Good to know: You can still import an unlimited number of transactions. The limit only applies to creating the tax report. Your data is kept during the upgrade.
