In the Settings menu, found by clicking the Legohead in the top right corner of your Blocks page, you will see Turfs.
Click Add Turf to create a new turf.
When creating a turf, you will need to add information for:
Turf name - This will be an organization, and also the locations where forms are stored, or offices for a particular organization.
Turf level - Corresponds to standard turf classifications like organization and office that are set in Blocks.
Parent turf - Indicates the turf that is immediately above the created turf in the hierarchy. Parent turf will be able to see all data associated with the created turf.
Phone verification language - does the turf require bilingual staff for QC and Phone Verification?
QC Table - This is internal if the turf will be doing its own quality control, or external if there will be an outside group doing quality control.
Days of turnaround - this is a count of days until a packet is considered overdue in quality control.
Once you've entered all information, click "Create Turf" to create your turf.
