The form delivery process requires specific setup with a Blocks admin to work correctly. The basic preparation checklist is listed below, followed by detailed instructions for each step.

  1. Set Up Turf: You should make sure that every office where registration forms will be stored is represented as an ‘Office’ turf in Blocks.

  2. Set Up Users and Canvassers: Users that are responsible for creating form deliveries need to be assigned to the right turf to see the appropriate cards. Canvassers should be associated with the correct ‘Office’ turf where they work because that affects what cards will be visible when creating a form delivery.

  3. Create Delivery Locations: Make sure that every locations that cards will be delivered to is created as a ‘Delivery’ location type in Blocks.

  4. Make a Delivery Coordination Plan: You should create a Delivery Coordination Plan that provides clear instructions to the quality control staff on how to tag cards for delivery, based on the group and what the registrant writes down for county of residence, or the county of collection if all cards will be turned into a single delivery location.
