When a form delivery is in the ‘Assembly’ stage, new cards can show up if their packets complete the QC process and the cards are tagged with the current delivery location. Cards will not be removed from the pool of eligible cards until they are in the ‘Review’ stage of form deliveries. If new cards are showing up while in the ‘Assembly’ stage, you can decide to exclude them for now and include them in another form delivery later.
When a form delivery is in the ‘Assembly’ stage there are options to filter by the shift date, or in some cases, by different office. These can be used to control which cards are visible, but they won’t prevent new cards from showing up if packets that meet the filtering criteria are completing the QC process at the same time.
One way to avoid having new cards showing up in the ‘Assembly’ phase is to coordinate a schedule with the QC team so that groups are not creating form deliveries at the same time the QC team is processing cards from that group.
