To add a user, click 'Add User' from the 'Users' page.
Enter the basics about that user including name and email. The user will use their email to login. You cannot use the same email for multiple users.
Enter a password for the new user, and confirm it. It must be 6+ characters. The new user can use this password, but it is a security best practice that they create their own.
You can choose to send the new user a welcome email. This will send them an email directly from Blocks. Included in this email will be a link that they can use to pick their own password.
Make sure you assign the proper Turf and Role. Their turf assignment will dictate which locations and canvassers they can access. Their role will dictate which features they can access. If you have any questions about this, contact your Manager and/or State Admin.
If your tenant has an external Quality Control team, you can also add details such as the user's QC office, trained-in states and language. If you do not make these selections, which are not required, the default will be English and you can still continue with saving your user.
Click Create User to finish adding your user.
If you run into an error, search the Users page to make sure that the email address is not already taken. If it is not, reach out to our support team via the Legohead in the top right corner of your Blocks page.
After you are done adding the information for the new user, make sure you click 'Create User'.
