The turf a canvasser is associated with is also important for the form delivery process. Blocks associates cards with the turf of the canvasser that is selected when creating the shift where the cards are uploaded. That means that Blocks expects the cards to be stored at the ‘Office’ turf location of that canvasser.
It is important to make sure that canvassers are associated with the correct ‘Office’ turf that corresponds with where they are storing the paper cards. When you create a canvasser, you select their turf here:
A canvasser’s turf can also be edited by searching for the canvasser by first and last name and clicking the 3 dots to the left of the canvasser name. Click "Edit" to edit the canvasser details.
If a canvasser ever needs to store cards in more than one ‘Office’ location, the best solution is to create a version of that canvasser for each office with, a code added to their name to indicate the appropriate office.
