To view a list of your already created phone banks, click on ‘Phone Banking’ under Organize in the menu.
In this page you will see the name of each phone bank, the date the bank ended (if it is completed), the date it started (if it is in progress), or the date it will start (if it has not yet begun). You can also see which call list is in use for each phone bank in the far right side of the bank details.
To view a specific phone bank from this page, you can click on the phone bank in the list. The phone bank page will show you the name of the phone bank, the start and end dates, the daily open and close times, the description of the phone bank, and the attached call list.
If the phone bank is active, you will see a call session link which you will provide to callers. The button to the right will copy the link for you to share. If the phone bank is inactive or has ended, in place of the link you will see a “This phone bank is closed” message.
Click the blue pencil icon to edit any of the phone bank details.
Scroll down to see the progress of the phone bank. You will see the total participants contacted, total calls attempted. Below these details you will see the results of the previous rounds of calling and which round the phone bank is currently in. On the right you will be able to see and set the number of hours callers should wait before recalling a participant.
Click ‘Script’ to the right of ‘Progress’ to view the script for the callers of the phone bank.
