How to create a new institution and assign an institution leader.

You can add a new institution by selecting ‘Add Institution’ from the dropdown menu under ‘Institutions’ on the menu bar.

You can also add a new institution from the ‘View Institutions’ page by clicking on the purple ‘Add Institution’ button.

After clicking on add institution via either of the above avenues, you will be directed to a form where you will need to enter the details of the institution you are creating. 

The fields denoted by a red asterisk are required.  

To enter an Institution Leader, they must already exist as a person.  Begin to type in the field and options will populate. Click in the correct person to select.  

You can enter multiple venues, denominations and teams for each institution.

Once you have entered all required details, click ‘Create Institution’ at the bottom of the page to create the institution.

If everything was done correctly, you will be navigated to your new team’s individual page and green bar at the top of the screen will indicate the creation of your institution was a success.
