As with any other shift, if a canvasser does not collect any forms, their cover sheet should still be uploaded to Blocks. 

Click the 'Add shift' button at the top of the Shifts page. 

Enter the shift information, selecting 'Voter Registration' as the shift type, and selecting the correct staging location, shift location, canvasser, shift start, shift end, field start and field end. Click 'Create Shift'. 

You will be directed to the upload scans page.

You can now upload files with just one page, so here you will drag and drop or select a pdf of only your cover sheet. 

Once uploaded, you will be directed to the Packet Information page and you will see a checkbox at the top that reads "Canvasser collected at least 1 form." 

This box will be unchecked and since there are no forms attached to this shift, you are not required to fill in the shift totals. You are able to add a note if necessary. Click 'Save' to create your shift.  

The shift will be automatically marked as 'Delivered' in the Shifts page.
