Adding Staff to QC Schedule and Assigning Packets

How to set and edit the daily QC staff schedule, including staff name, shift length, shift managers and starting packet assignment

Adding Staff to QC Schedule

In order to assign packets to a user for QC, the user must first be added to the QC schedule.

You can navigate to the QC Schedule through the 'Table Manager' view. In the menu, click 'Table Manager' under 'Quality Control.'

Click the button labeled 'Schedule' to get to the quality control schedule.

In the schedule, you can click one of the days in the top right to automatically replicate a previous day's schedule.

Alternatively, click the plus signs to add managers or staff members to the schedule. Once you click the plus sign, you will see dropdown to specify the staff member and then see fields for shift time in hours and minutes. You can use the 'X' at the end of the staff details to remove someone from the schedule as well.

Once you have made changes to the schedule, click 'Save' to save your changes.

You can choose to have Blocks automatically assign all assignable packets. Expand the '*About the auto assigner' section to read what is involved in the auto assignment logic.

If you leave the checkbox unchecked, you will next assign packets manually.

Assigning Packets

In the assignment page, you will see a graph that shows you how many assignable packets you have, grouped by state.

If you are assigning to a large group of staff, click View Packets to assign packets in bulk to multiple staff members on the schedule.

If you are assigning to a smaller staff, scroll down and click 'Manage Packets' for any scheduled staff member.

On this page, you can see packets currently assigned to a staff member. If the staff member calls out sick, you can easily click select all for multiple packets and reassign them to another scheduled staff member.

Scroll down to see additional assignable packets. You can search and filter this table and select many or all results to assign to the staff member.

Once packets are assigned to a staff member, they will see them and will review complete Visual QC and/or Phone Verification on them in their 'Worklist' in Blocks.

To access their worklist, they will click 'My Worklist' in the menu under 'Quality Control.'
