Canvasser profiles are a new feature in Blocks that compiles all information about a particular canvasser into one page. You will now be able to see data such as how many shifts a canvasser has completed, forms they’ve collected, confirmed registered percent, and many more. You’ll be able to see how a canvasser’s numbers compare to the average of the other canvassers in their office, both in chart and table format! Alongside that data, canvasser profiles include all of the flags the canvasser has had and all positive feedback on the canvasser reported during phone verification. The canvasser profiles will also show and link you to all shifts associated with the canvasser, displaying location, date, qc status and delivery status.

You no longer need to navigate between multiple pages and reports to learn more about a canvasser’s past work!

How to get there?

In the menu, under 'Registration,' click canvassers. This is the same page where you would add, edit, or archive canvassers.

In the canvassers page, search for your canvasser by canvasser name and then click their name below.

What's on it?

At the top of the canvasser profile, you will see a phone number on the right if the canvasser has one associated with their profile.

On the left, you'll see all-time data for your canvasser, including their latest shift, first shift, all-time shifts, all-time shift hours and all-time field hours.

If you scroll down, you will see a date range, where you can dig in on this canvasser's collection data for a particular date range, whether that be year-to-date or the past week or month.

Within the date range you have selected, Blocks will display data in 2 ways, a graph visualization and numbers in the table below the graph. Each data point is compared to the average of the canvasser's turf, or office. This comparison is visible in the graphs as well as in the columns of the table, which are Canvasser, Turf, Difference, which displays the difference between this canvasser and the average of the turf.

In the graph, you can look at any of the data points in the table by selecting it in the dropdown menu under the date range.

Depending on the data you would like to look at, you may see a line or a scatter plot graph.

Complete Form Percent (QC):

All of the numbers that you see in the charts will be displayed below in the table.

Scrolling down past the table of data about canvasser collection, you will see all flags associated with the canvasser. This will display the flag ID, packet name, scan numbers that triggered the flag, as well as a link to view comments on the flag.

Continue scrolling an you will see all shifts associated with the canvasser. Here Blocks will display the shift packet name, date, when the packet finished QC, delivery status, and shift location. On the right there is a 'View' button next to each shift that will link you directly to the View Shift Packet page for the shift where you can see the scans and access the packet gallery.

At the bottom of the canvasser page, you will see a feedback section. This section will display all feedback collected on the canvasser during the phone verification process.
