BlockSurvey includes a Thank You screen by default in new forms or surveys.
You can also add, remove or clone Thank You screens.
And, you can also add logic under the Display Logic feature to show a different Thank You screen based on the answers given by the respondent.
Here is how you can do it:
Navigate to the specific Thank You screens you want to display only when a condition is met.
Under the Display Logic define the conditions under which the Thank You screen should appear (e.g., based on specific answers to survey questions).
