A. During the booking
After clicking on 'new booking' and choosing the product (course, class, accommodation, ...) you arrive at the booking validation step.
Edit the price if necessary (for a promotion, etc.)
Click on CONFIRM to charge client
Change the amount to be paid if needed. For example, if you want to register a deposit payment, replace the total amount by the deposit amount in the "Pay" field.
Select the Payment Method (note : if you want to add other payment method than the default one, contact a Bloowatch team member through the chat !)
Send an email / Print a Receipt if needed
Click on 'CONFIRM & PAY'. If you click on 'CONFIRM' only, no payment will be registered !
B. After the booking has been made.
When booking has been made, you can charge the client whenever you want from the bookings list.
Click on the option button on the corresponding client's booking row and then select Charge.
Fill the amount you want to charge your client. As if you were registering the payment during the booking, you can choose to charge the total amount or a deposit amount.
Choose the payment method.
Add a note if needed.
