How do I earn and display milestone badges in Blossom?

Blossom PRO users can earn milestone badges as recognition of their investment achievements. However, certain criteria must be met and steps followed to ensure eligibility and display of these badges. Below is a comprehensive guide to help you understand the process.

Introduction to Milestone Badges

Milestone badges in Blossom are designed to mark significant achievements in your investment journey. These badges can be earned when predefined conditions are met and prominently displayed on your profile. Milestone thresholds include $10K, $25K, $50K, and $100K, but not all milestones have corresponding badges (e.g., there is no badge for a $20K portfolio milestone).

Eligibility Criteria for Milestone Badges

To qualify for milestone badges in Blossom, keep the following in mind:

  • At least 60% of your holdings must be connected through a linked brokerage account, as opposed to manual entries. If less than 60% of your holdings are linked, you will not be eligible to earn or display milestone badges.

  • If all holdings are added manually without any linked brokerage accounts, milestone badges will not be available.

Steps to Earn and Display Badges

Once you meet the eligibility criteria above, follow these steps to earn and display milestone badges on your Blossom profile:

  1. Open the Blossom app and navigate to the Insights tab.

  2. Locate the badge you wish to display from the list of available badges.

  3. Toggle the badge on to make it visible.

Why don’t I see milestone badges after adding my holdings manually?

If your manually entered holdings exceed 40% of your total holdings, you’ll be unable to see or display portfolio or dividend milestone badges, nor the widget in the Insights tab. Additionally, there is no badge available for a $20K portfolio milestone, even if other criteria are met.
