Occasionally this may happen due to a lag between the App Store/Google Play and the Blossom app.

If this happens, please send us proof of your active subscription (i.e. a receipt of purchase or screenshot of your subscription status as active) by going to Settings > Get Help where we will respond within 24hours 😊

Unfortunately, we don’t handle payments on our end as all subscription payments are handled directly by Apple and Google Play.

That said, Apple and Google Play is quite relaxed with refunds and all you have to do is submit a request to them by going through these links:

They will generally process the refund within 48 hours. If they ask for a reason for a refund, you can just say ‘subscribed by accident’ or something similar.
