[Before session] How can I cancel or reschedule an upcoming coaching session?

You can update your upcoming sessions right in your Blossom mobile app. Please note that a 24 hour notice is required to not lose a session credit.

  1. Open the Blossom app

  2. Tap the Coach tab from the navigation bar at the bottom

  3. On Coach page, scroll down the page and tap on Reschedule

  4. On confirmation pop-up, tap on Cancel if you would like to cancel the session

  5. On confirmation pop-up, tap on Reschedule if you would like to reschedule the session to another time

  6. On reschedule page, select the date you would like to book another coaching session

  7. Once date is selected, pick the time from the list and tap on Continue

  8. On the schedule confirmation page, select the option to make this a recurring session per your preference

Note: You must cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
