The Blossom platform is developed to enhance, automate and streamline as much of the coaching experience as possible. So there's a lot of tech under the hood.

One thing we do not do, however, is record your video conference.

What the platform does is extract insights from conversation transcripts that are then anonymized. A few examples: attendance, topics, etc.
