Signing up - if you haven’t set up your Blossom coach account, check this:

Updating your Blossom Calendar Availability:

  • Log back into your Blossom coach account (check below if you need a refresher)

  • Click “Preferences”

  • Click “Open Availability Editor”

  • Click the “Opening Hours” tab to change your availability windows (note: your other calendar events / conflicts will automatically sync — so clients won’t be able to schedule time with you when you’re busy)

  • Check the PDF guide above for a refresher on which other settings you can update and which you should leave default

  • Make sure it’s accurate! Check your actual calendar AND your Blossom availability scheduler to see if it accurately displays your availability. Check your Blossom directory profile for your Blossom availability scheduler preview link.

Logging in - if you already signed up before:

Did you forget your credentials or sign-up method?

  • Your profile will have a reminder of how you signed up (e.g., maybe you signed up via Google or LinkedIn — or maybe you just set email and password account credentials)

Remember your credentials?

If you prefer the scenic route, you can always access your account this way:

  1. Click “Log in” in the top right corner

  2. Click “Are you a coach? Login here”

  3. Log in however you signed up (e.g., via Google, LinkedIn, or by entering your email and password)
