[Availability] How do I set-up my calendar preferences?

  1. After logging into the Blossom app, navigate to the <Preferences> section, then click on <Open Availability Editor>

  2. On <Scheduling Page>, click on <Edit>

  3. Set preferences for Event Info.

    1. It is required to update the “minimum cancelation notice” to 0 days. It is optional to update the “minimum booking notice” (recommended: set this as 2-5 days) and also the “buffer time”.

    2. Note: Do not edit the other fields marked with a red X.

  4. Set preferences for Opening Hours

    1. IMPORTANT: This step defines your broadest defined availability preferences. • Since you integrated your calendar, your other scheduled conflicts will also factor into what clients can book.

    2. For example – if you set ‘opening hours’ to Mon-Thur 11am to 4pm, but you have other events scheduled on your calendar every day from 3-4pm, your clients will not be able to see 3-4pm as a part of your availability.

    3. To set available day of the week and available hours of the date:

      • First, click the letters to indicate which day of the week you’re setting hours for. Then toggle the times on the right to indicate “open hours” availability. Last, click “+ Add” to add another row (this is how you can set different times for different days of the week).

  5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to set the same preference for 45-minute event type

    • Just like you did for the 30 minute event type, make changes to relevant fields in the “Event Info” and “Opening Hours” for the 45 minute session event type.

  6. After data have been setup, click on <Save & Exit> to save them. The new settings will take up to 24 hours to display to your clients.
