My client or I would like to conduct our coaching session off of the Blossom platform, is that possible?

On occasion this question comes up (especially if there have been some technical challenges).

Given policy and liability requirements, off platform coaching sessions are not supported and as a result won't be compensated since the system has no record of the session happening.

Blossom's team works very hard to constantly improve the experience - this includes updating the entire video conference solution - so if there are any challenges we'd recommend reviewing the FAQ and contacting support.
