If you're unable to schedule a new session with your coach, as indicated by a pop-up message in the app or web platform (sample screen below), it usually means your coach is temporarily unavailable. But don’t worry, we have you covered!

Blossom has an incredible lineup of coaches eager to support you!

To find a new coach so you can continue your progress, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Coach tab: Access this in your app or on the web platform.

  2. Select 'Change Coach': This will display a list of your coach matches with availability in the coming days.

  3. Choose a New Coach: Review each coach's background and select one that fits your needs and goals!

Our talented team of coaches is ready to support you and ensure your progress continues without interruption.

Prefer to Wait for Your Current Coach? If you'd like to wait for your current coach's return, feel free to message them directly through the app for updates on their future availability.
