When connecting Amazon Seller as an order system, our platform automatically imports the last 90 days of order data. If you need to sync data older than that, you’ll need to manually unarchive reports in Amazon before we can retrieve them.

Steps to Retrieve Older Amazon Order Data

1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.

2. Navigate to Reports > Payments.

3. Click on All Statements.

4. Locate the statement(s) for the desired timeframe.

5. Click Request Report for each statement.

Once the reports are unarchived, our system will be able to pull in the data. Depending on how far back the data is unarchived this can appear in the application as early as the next refresh or take a few days to backfill.
