How do I hide my profile from employers?

Updated over a year ago

At BlueRecruit, we prioritize your privacy and offer you full control over your profile visibility. Whether you're actively job searching or taking a break, here's how you can manage your profile on BlueRecruit:

1. Deactivate Your Profile

  • Log in to your BlueRecruit account and select the PROFILE button at the top of the page.

  • Within your profile dashboard, locate the "DEACTIVATE MY PROFILE" button in the upper right corner and select it to hide your profile.

  • You will no longer receive requests to connect with employers.

2. Reactivate Your Profile

  • Whenever you're ready to make your profile visible again, log in to your BlueRecruit account and go to the PROFILE page.

  • Look for the option labeled "REACTIVATE MY PROFILE" within your profile dashboard and select it to restore your profile visibility.

  • Once reactivated, your profile will be visible to employers again, and you'll start receiving connection request notifications.

Privacy Protection

BlueRecruit takes privacy seriously by hiding your name and personal details when matching you with employers. This ensures that your current employer or others won't stumble upon your profile unless you choose to share your contact information.
